Yoga Zone: Conditioning & Stress Relief

This was my first yoga zone video. The instruction is very good. Alan Finger is soft spoken, encouraging, and thorough in his instruction. He emphasises that there is benefit at whatever level you may be at. I found this video to be great for me as a beginner. It has given me a love of yoga. I highly recommend it, especially if you are a beginner.

True Horror at its Very Best

The Omen is, undoubtedly and unquestionably, a true horror classic. This film will have you on the edge of your seat: Constant terror and excitment from start to finish, with a superb cast of actors and actresses. Gergory Peck's performance is phenomenal. Original, horrifying, and unnerving, I'd recommend The Omen to anyone looking for a good fright.

One of the best gore movies ever made

This was actually one of the first "gore" films I ever saw and I have to say that it still scares the hell out of me...despite (or maybe because of) it's bad acting and cheesy gore-effects the film is pretty realisitic in it's "good Indian turned bad by white man's sins" this respect the film is almost political and touches on the sensitive topic of racism...what would happen if "white" man drove all of the world's minorities to these extremes? I really enjoyed this particular release because of the theatrical trailers, still photography, and other "extras" also included...a must see for horror/gore fans...YOU WON'T BELIEVE YOUR EYES!

you are truly STUPID if you did not like this movie

This is undoubtebly one of the best movies ever made. It is different, it is mind-blowing. After viewing, I felt myself yearning for it to be true. Almost every movie on the market is dominated by dailogue, maybe that is why this movie is such a breath of fresh air from mindless action movies and even good dramas. It is rare for movies to make you wonder, think, or be changed as much as this movie does. The unpatient will not like this movie, which, I admit, is mostly teens. I'm probably the only one who likes the movie in my school. The movie at times moves almost painfully slow, which is the contrary to almost every other movie, that is why it is so great. Though the best thing about this movie is the wonder. It evokes the mind into things it has never thought before, which I think, is the best thing a movie can do. To make one think. The monolith can mean anything the viewer wants it to, which gives an unbelievable sense of freedom that no others offer. And the enlightening image of the starchild at the climax is one of the most mind-blowing scnenes in cinema history. Other than the recognized components of this movie, there are also others that stick out. The special effects and cinematography are incredibly artistic, the evoke emotion. The music is genious and fits perfectly into the movie, making it perfect. I'm young and fascinated by this movie.

An absolute must have for any Phil Collins or Genesis fans

From the outside cover of the dvd to the inside brocure and the dvd's themself is incredible. I paid twice as much as the asking price for the Nov release but I wanted it asap and ordered as an import. Believe me, it is woth it! With up to four camera angles on just about every song, you can watch Phil at work, or otheres. The sound mix is the absolute best I have heard on any concert DVD. The video is brilliant. You won't be let down! The person responsible for the sound mix is just finished mixing Genesis's Invisible Touch tour to be released hopefully by the years end, which almost never saw the light of day for obscurity reasons ...

Superb movie adaptation

In a word: wow.
In more than one word...
As a person who has seen many book-to-movie adaptations and been underwhelmed by most of them, this one is one for the ages. The effects, the story, the complexity, and the characters are all there. The power of the Ring and its sway over those who desire it is intensely felt, all the way down to the subtle whispering of the "one ring to rule them all..." quote in the Mordor tongue when someone focuses on it. The CG effects, and the beautful recreated New Zealand scenery never get in the way of the story, but yet amaze us with their spectacular faithfulness to the imaginations of the audience (the gates of Gondor, the Shire, and Moria are especially incredible). Most importantly, the most powerful moments in ths first book are keenly felt, as a Fellowship is made and broken, and a hobbit takes up a burden that will ultimately change not only him but also control the fate of an entire realm.
Casting for this film has shown Director Peter Jackson's wisdom, picking what is a near dead-on Gandalf in Ian McKellen ("X-Men"'s Magneto), Elijah Wood as the reluctant, angst-ridden, yet stoic hero Frodo Baggins, and Sean Astin (last seen as a "Goonie" leader) as the bumbling, yet faithful Samwise Gamgee, among many others.
Some critics lament the altering and cuts, especially of Tom Bombadil and Glorfindel (replaced by Liv Tyler as elven maiden/warrior Arwen). Others purport that the non-faithfulness to the book makes the script weak and covered by "flashy CG". To those people (whose opinion I respect) I must say, firstly, that in a book-to-movie adaptation, some sacrifices must be made. In an encapsulation of a large work as Tolkien's "Fellowship", an exact recreation is simply not an option. Secondly, to dismiss the excellent acting and palpable feeling the actors convey when playing their parts as "weak" and covered by "flashy CG", simply because some small things were added or cobbled together, is to hold the movie to higher standards than the medium can provide.
This is not the disaster that was "Final Fantasy". This is Tolkien, and Jackson and his associates have done incredibly well (as well as one can in making a movie based on a book) in paying homage to one of the most well-respected fantasy epics of the 20th century.
For those of you who like sword and sorcery or like Tolkien - go see it! I recommend you go not being all hyped up with what we're saying or anyone else is saying. Set your expectations at your level and not at the level of everyone else's, and watch the movie for what it is. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

Sandra Bullock shines

a clever and funny script, loveable characters, and the wonderful screen presence of Sandra Bullock make this little film a must...true, Hollywood has taken beauty pageant films to the max, but this is the only good one out there from all their recent efforts...lacking the crude humor of Drop Dead Gorgeous, this one goes for plain good-old fashioned laughs, and delievers sucks you into the plot and delivers loads of fun for two hours...a crowd pleaser if there ever was one, Bullock deserves an Oscar Nomination for this one...

First off

This movie is great. I don't really know why but it just is. I guess it's just Audrey Hepburn shining on the screen like she always did. It's kinda hard to follow along the first few times you see it, but hang in there it will all start making sence after about the 5th time you watch it. If your a Audrey fan then you'll deffently like this movie.
