Kicks Butt Action Film

Excellent thriller. The chase scenes are awesome and will have you on the edge of your seat. Seems like Jason is this close to getting caught throughout the movie. If you like spy-thriller-violent-action movies, this is it.

Profoundly Inspiring!

If you're in the mood for a whiny, the world is (...) but let's be optimistic (is that oxymoronic or what?) movie...then this flick is for YOU! Maybe I'm insensitive...or maybe I was just in the wrong mood...but movies like this should make me feel good about human nature in the end. This depressed me. Good acting...but bad directing left this one begging to be ejected from my DVD player...

Totally Cool Episodes!

I really, totally liked this! Finally seeing that Miroku joined the team, it was pretty cool.... He may be a dirty monk, but he probably made Inuyasha realized he loved Kagome... The Hell Painter... *shivers* I don't want to be a painter anymore! Not! I think it was cool that his paintings came to life, but if that were me, I wouldn't draw like that... Heh! I don't even know how to draw that way! The last episode.... Was is not Sesshomaru and Naraku Join Forces? I think I remember that being the last episode.... I don't have the actual DVD with me at the moment... But I do have it! I'm gonna go watch it again! Bye!

X is Brilliant!

X [One] and the rest of the TV series was summed up in a movie called "X," which I saw before the series. The movie was OK, but this series is excellent. Tons of character development and wonderful animation make this series excellent. That is why I love the X series.
Why do I love this perticular DVD? First of all, it has four episodes. Episode 0, is a mini-episode at the very beginning that spawned my love for the series. Buy this DVD and when you love it, buy the rest of the series. This is great anime!

Timerider - Blast from the Past!

I saw this movie in 1983 and was surprised as to how good it was. I wish I had purchased it then. It has a wonderful ending. I can't wait to receive my copy and see it again. I've described it to my 15 year old son, who is an avid dirt bike rider and he can't wait to see it. I'm so happy it's now available!

Rush In Rio Is Great For Rush Fans Who Want A Little More

I've seen Rush on every tour since Permanent Waves. I really purchased the DVD for the documentary The Boys In Brazil and was not disappointed. I always wanted to see more behind the scenes footage of the band. This DVD partially satisfied my hunger for a VH1 Rush-Behind the Music. The concert footage was great and the hidden video for Anthem was an interesting glimpse back at the band and probably one of the first things (besides recording Fly By Night) that Neil did after joining the band.It was also a kick to see how funny the guys are. Lifeson is freaking hilarious.Rush In Rio is truly a must have for Rush fans.

A Minor Matter, But a Factual One

Although I only bought this movie on my lunch hour, and have had time to view only a couple of scenes on the DVD before returning to lunch, I have one correction to make: Concerning the POISON IVY scene where Crispina shouts out over and over to a priest "You are NOT a man of God"(...) this scene is VERY POWERFUL in that Crispina (a slow witted girl), who is usually so trustful and who has absolute faith in the infallibility of her superiors, now realizes that indeed FATHER FITZROY is "...NOT a man of God!" How she realizes this will break your heart because the moviegoer realizes her anguish and torment when this "revelation" hits her.
This film has many parallels to the movie "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest", which in and of itself dictates greatness.

Wow! Really transports you back in time

This film just sucks you in and for me I was totally returned to the late 70's early 80's. The music, clothing, neighborhoods, attitudes... just everything. And any film that can be satisfying while still leaving many questions unanswered has really done a phenomenal job. And this is definitely one of those rare films.
We are granted privilege to know just enough about all of the characters without overanalyzing or emphasizing any of them or their particular traits. And I don't care who you are you'll be able to identify with one of the kids that's so well portrayed either in whole or in some significant part. The film just looks at the what and much less the why in respect to life during those oh so weird high-school years.
It's hard to describe this one but it's just exceptionally good!

People get ready!

That's what it's all about! Are you ready to meet our Lord and Saviour? As the movie points out, Maybe not as ready as you may think. This movie will make you stop and think, What if the rapture were to happen at this very moment? Would you be ready? Regardless of whether or not you think the movie was anything but incredible, is irrelevant. The message is in the Bible, and the movie focused on the true message and point in question; Are you ready? I will have to give this excellent film two thumbs up and 5 stars! We are waiting for the next Chapter.
