Fiinally an awesome price.

This is such a good deal, especially whent they are selling a 3 pack bundle on for 120+shipping, and 150+ shipping on ebay. And sooo much better than buying it at the store for 50 a pop. Anyways the first three seasons are awesome, I thought the fourth season was ok. I didn't really like Adam and that whole story. I really like this four pack idea, however a 1-7 would be great, but who can wait for that?????
This is an awesome deal, and if you haven't watched Buffy then you need to. This is not my usual show, usually I watch ER and Friends but this was great!!!! I even got my fiance watching it(for Buffy but better than watching it alone).

I thought the movie was real, and what made it so good was it was women doing the dirt for once instead of men. Women rob and steal so much better than men. We make it interesting. I know it's been plenty of days where I felt like setting it off up in the office. GO GIRLS!!!!

CSNY Step Aside - Manassas Was The Better Band!

I'm a big Chris Hillman fan. The man creates excellent music, and he has always enhanced every band he has been associated with, from the Hillman, through the Byrds and the Burritos to Chris & Herb and "Out of the Woodwork".
I also like Stephen Stills. And Stephen Stills in 1971-72 was at the peak of his singing and guitar playing prowess in the band that he formed with Hillman, Manassas.
Stills and Hillman - two powerhouse musicians with a great band.
This video, performed "live" at the Beat Club in Bremen, Germany, brings out the best of Manassas, which also featured Al Perkins on Steel and assorted guitars, Joe Lala on percussion, and Paul Harris on keyboards, and a fine rhythm section of Fuzzy Samuel on bass and Dallas Taylor on drums.
The recording featured songs recorded off the first Manassas album, one of the great albums of the seventies, and showed a full slice of what Manassas was all about...The Folk and Country of "Bound To Fall", "It Doesn't Matter", and "Hide It So Deep"; the Latino rhythms of "Cuban Bluegrass", and the powerful Blues-Rock of "Rock and Roll Crazies" and "The Treasure".
Stills' lead vocals and Hillman's co-lead harmonies especially on "Bound To Fall" and "It Doesn't Matter" are simply wonderful. It doesn't get any better than this. In fact, Hillman tipped his hat to Stills by recording "4 + 20" on his recent "Running Wild".
In fact, the only disappointment is that some of the songs Stills and Hillman made famous in the Byrds and the Springfield and later sang live in Manassas are not on this video - "Rock and Roll Women", "So You Want to Be A Rock and Roll Star," and "Hot Burrito #2", and yes, "4 + 20". The video strictly features songs off the first album.
The band seemed at ease during the filming, and Stephen is clearly having fun joking with Chris, Al, and Joe.
After viewing Manassas at the top of their form, one really wonders why Stills would ever want to go back to those other, funny and feuding guys.
Oh yeah, a bit of trivia: Manassas was named by Stills after the famous Civil War Battles fought at Manassas - or more commonly known as Bull Run. That railroad station on the cover of the Manassas album is the same one where Stonewall Jackson pillaged the Union stores of Pope's army in August 1862.

Have fun, relax, laugh, and enjoy

As of this writing, THE PRINCESS BRIDE has received over 650 reviews from fans (and a few foes) across the Amazon world. This sort of response generally means that the film has touched so many people in so many ways. It is one of those rare films that is cross-generational and cross-cultural. Why? For all those obvious reasons: it is exciting, romantic, very funny, and, above all else, completely not full of itself. As a writer, it's one of those works that I wish I had written.
Where else but in a world of fantasy can a child feel comfortable with pirates, giants, swordsmen, (Yiddish) wizards, brute squads, evil princes and counts, albino henchmen, and a sea full of eels? In some one else's hands, this could have been a mess. But through careful casting and Rob Reiner's impeccable direction, THE PRINCESS BRIDE is a like a visual toy chest full of joys.

Wacky and screwball at its best

There really isn't much to say about "What's Up Doc"? except go see it. A lovable screwball comedy at its best. Peter Bogdonavich and his highly talented cast take us on a merry ride that results in laugh after laugh. My only quibble with the DVD is that Barbra Streisand's commentary is confined to 4 scenes in the film. During the grand chase scene she does not say much. I expected her to give us more information on the making of the film. I haven't listened to Peter Bogdonavich's commentary and that will probably be more enlightened. This is a very small quibble for such a delightful comedy.

Must See Movie

This is a must see movie for all Americans! You may not agree with Moore's conclusions - that the war in Iraq was for oil - but the facts he presents are UNDESPUTABLE! For the Bush zealots out there this movie is obviously hard for them to grasp but for people with brains it is easy to follow. After seeing this movie it is easy to see why people are mad at Bush for deceiving them. It's too bad the small minded people who hate this movie cannot refute the facts Moore presents in the movie. Bottom line: Put up or Shut up. Moore did.

Good Fun

Men In Black, or MIB, is a funny, exciting, fun ride from beginning to end. The chemistry between Tommy Lee Jones and Will Smith was better than expected. Tommy Lee Jones's seriousness mixed with Will Smith's hilarious one-liners and added together with big slimy aliens, huge sci-fi guns, and cool special effects, make together for an extremely fun movie.
When agent K(Tommy Lee Jones) is in search of a new partner for his top seceret agency of agents protecting the world from dangerous aliens, he recruits smart-alec, big mouthed, NYPD street cop, James(Will Smith) to do the job. When James is introduced and told about the strange aliens who are living on this very earth, he is given a new identity(Agent J), a new wardrobe(a black suit with black sunglasses), and becomes unknown and secret to the entire world.
Their mission is to track down a giant cockroach-like alien who is trying to start a war between the humans and the aliens. Agants K and J are faced with many action packed and hilarious challenges to stop the alien from leaving earth and destroying the Alien planet that will start a war with planet earth if it shall be destroyed.
Tommy Lee Jones and Will Smith are like the sci-fi version of Mel Gibson and Danny Glover of Lethal Weapon. Very fun ride with many laughs and great special effects. This is a movie you do not want to miss.
"Men In Black" runs for about 95 minutes. It is rated PG-13 for sci-fi violence, some gross images(slimy aliens and aliens exploding with their entrails flying everywhere), and some language.

Nice gems

The main reason i purchased this DVD was to see her perform 2 of her best songs... "UR" and "I Was Hoping." These unsung gems from her 2nd American release, Supposed Former Infatuation Junkie, are exquisitely performed against beautiful backdrops.
