Fun Movie!

This video is very fun to watch. Sit back and listen to the rockstars express their feelings about there musical career. It made me laugh many times troughout and I found it very enjoyable. The Madison Square Garden shots were great and I can't wait to be there on New Year's 2003!!!

Britney Spears - Greatest Hits - My Prerogative The DVD

Britney Spears - Greatest Hits - My Prerogative
the DVD- normal non shiny DVD Edition.

WOW first of all, I wanna say is that this DVD is totally jam packed. 20 Britney videos, yes thats right, 20!!
Pros
It has 20 videos! Features a visually stunning menu, the alt-versions of the videos are a nice treat just to add to the 20 videos!
All her singles (videos) are on here
Its about the same price of a regular Britney DVD but got 10 x more stuff on it!

CONS!
When first on it, the controls are weird, like you push up or down it will move somewhere else, but dont worry! You get used to it
The alt versions are hard to find for 1st timers, like me!
I thought because it said ALTERNATIVE VERSION at the bottom, it was ON the Alt-version. But nooooooooo it is the normal video, you actually have to click on the Alt logo, it will take you to another menu with ALL the alternative version videos.
On first view the angle features look like they dont work and it just looks like a normal video, but dont be fooled! it actually happens! pretty cool!
The "My Prerogative" video is over sluttizied! Just right! lol, its Britneys most sexual video since "Slave 4 U"
Thats it!
Now a rating of the videos

Devil Hunter Yohko Collection 1 - movie DVD cover picture
This one has it all!

Devil Hunter Yohko is a classic that has a little bit of everything. From romance, to adventure, to mystery, to action, to comedy DHY is an anime worthy of putting into your collection. From fluid animation, to great voice acting, to terriffic music this anime is sure to please.
This is the start of the a great series as it follows the adventures of Yohko Mano (the 108th Devil Hunter in the Mano line). Story wise and charcter wise it's very similar to Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Here's a girl who simply want's to be a teenage girl, but gets saddled with this very important task of being a Devil Hunter.
Very highly recommended. Oh, one last comment, don't get the dub... the American voice actors are horrid.

HIGHLY EFFECTIVE WORKOUT!

Paula Abdul is highly motivating in this workout video. You can not go wrong with this one. You don't even feel like your working out your having so much fun. ... You can feel the burn .... This workout is GREAT! At first the movements are a little complex, but after doing them a couple of times you catch right on. I can actually see muscle definition .... What keeps me motivated is the results i see in the mirror. You have to give this video a chance!

Best movie of the year!

Everyone is a critic in today's time of the internet. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but I honestly don't know how anyone could not love this movie, unless you are some kind of grinch who can't stand love stories...
Personally, I thought Ewan McGregor has a great voice, and I can't immagine anyone else filling the role, not Tom Hanks, not Tom Cruise, not even Brad Pitt. Not to mention that Ewan is pure eye candy.
This DVD is truly astonishing, from the special features to the crisp video playback. Definately a movie that needs to be in everyone's collection.

my favorite movie this year!

Lost In Translation is, in many ways, the cinematic representation of lying on your back in a meadow with your best friends, day-dreaming and watching the clouds go by. Frankly it's not something I could do everyday, but it's not a waste of time and it's definitely enjoyable while it lasts.L.I.T. doesn't require you to think very much; as previous reviewers have pointed out, there isn't much of a plot. However, everyone seems to think this is a bad thing - why must every movie have a defined plot? Why can't a movie just drift along and entertain us gently without resorting to tactics designed to shock, disgust or scare us.The movie is beautifully put together and the cinematography is stunning. While others may point out a lack of depth in the character, I believe the characters purposefully remain closed to us, much like a stranger you might run into on holiday occasionally and shoot the breeze with, but never really feel like you know.Coppola also resists the temptation to bring things to a traditional, neat, Hollywood ending, which I personally felt was fantastic - I had no desire to see a naked Bill Murray sweat all over a beautiful young girl who could be his grand-daughter. The conclusion of the movie itself is similarly perfect - why not let the viewer make up his/her own mind as to how they want the film to conclude? Do we need to be spoon-fed everything?
The depiction of Tokyo itself is marvelous, and has left me with a strong desire to visit as soon as possible. It seems so futuristic, and really hits home how much more technologically advanced the Japanese are compared to us, while simultaneously maintaining an awesome sense of tradition.
This brings me to my next point - the portrayal of the Japanese people themselves is borderline racist. Many of the jokes, especially at the start of the movie revolve around the fact that Japanese people are shorter than westerners, and can't speak English as well. Ha Ha. The double-standard implicit in the film's mindset is also spelled out explicitly when, at the start of the film, the joke is on the Japanese director, for not realizing Bill Murray can't understand a word he says - while at the end of the film the joke is on the Japanese chef, who can't understand what Bill Murray is saying to him. The suggestion that "shall we just wait around until a customer comes in and orders [black toe]?" is also mindboggling. I would be very interested to read how the Japanese media have reacted to this film...
(Another "Spot-the-boom-mic" moment; When Bill Murray's in the bath talking to his wife on his cell the mic drops into frame right above his head! D'oh!)
Overall if you go into this movie with the right mindset, waiting to be carried away on a beautiful journey to a strange and foreign world you'll be happy, but if you expect an emotional moment deeper than "Please don't let them end up in bed together" you might be disappointed. And keep an eye out for those racist undertones...
