Fruits Basket Box Set - movie DVD cover picture
Fruits Basket... the second greatest anime I've ever seen. I bought the books on a whim and after that I bought the animes hoping for the same quality I've come to expect, and they sure were.
Fruits Basket is a shoujo series, meaning it's basically intended for girls. Pretty much no fanservice for the guys, but the girls are somewhat lucky if you like that sort of thing. No real action fights and junk, but there is the occasional brawl between Yuki and Kyo.
The amazing thing about this anime is that the dubbing is really excellent. The voices are very well picked for all the characters, and emotions are really brought out. The animation is also top-notch and the script and character interactions.
Overall this is an awesome series that every shoujo fan should have in their collection to treasure forever and ever.

Older is Better

This Romeo and Juliet is my favorite out of all the movies made from the play. Its age makes the time period seem more realistic and believable. The actors are great and really brings Shakespeare's play to life.

AOTC should get an Oscar, NOT a Razzie!!

I bought this DVD not long after it was released, and from the moment the theme started playing I was hooked. Attack of the Clones is a stunningly good film with everything a sci-fi nut could ask for--drama, action, romance, a set of characters that you could actually believe in and care about, decent special effects, and a great story.
The actors in AOTC are among Hollywood's best. It was great to see Natalie Portman returning as Padme Amidala, who is now the Senator representing Naboo, Ewan McGregor as Obi-Wan, the Jedi mentor of young Anakin Skywalker (played this time by Hayden Christensen), Ian McDiarmid in his dual roles of Chancellor Palpatine and Darth Sidious, and Frank Oz voicing the ever-wise Yoda. My favorite returning actor, though, has to be Samuel L. Jackson as Jedi Council member Mace Windu. Not only was his part expanded in this movie, but he got to fight this time.
I would also like to give a special nod here to Christopher Lee as Count Dooku/Lord Tyranus. He took this part to pay homage to the late Peter Cushing (Tarkin in the original SW), and I thought he handled it beautifully. Lee's character is everything a Star Wars bad guy could ever aspire to be--malevolent, menacing, and all-out EVIL. His Dracula flicks pale in comparison.
The thing I liked the most about the AOTC DVD is the fact that they put lots of extras on a second disc instead of just a few extras and the movie on one disc. The extras disc in AOTC is like taking a course in moviemaking because it goes into everything--the creation of the CGI characters (the CGI Yoda, btw, was just awesome--he got to see some action this time, and he was much more articulated than the original puppet), sound effects, why certain scenes were cut, and other information that someone aspiring to a career behind the scenes would want to know about. There's also several trailers and TV spots, storyboards, and a funny little "mockumentary" about everyone's favorite droid, R2D2.
All in all, Attack of the Clones is a great movie that should be nominated for an Oscar, not a Razzie award. It is a great addition to the Star Wars saga, and the DVD is definitely a keeper.

The greatest movie EVER!

Alright, i'm a huge fan of harry potter and i also love films. this movie was just awful. there are tons of mistakes, the effects look waaaay too computer generated, the acting is very subpar (except for dumbledore and snape) and it is just way too long without keeping you entertained, unless you are 9.

An Elite Ass Kickin'

This movie just blows too many action movies out of the Box Office, in my opinion. It's absolutely one of the best movies I've seen in a long time. I would have given it more than five stars if I was allowed to. Its worth three billion. Fight Scenes are Exquisite, Shoot Scenes Kick Ass. Its Definitely a Movie that I could watch over and over again. Watch and be amazed...

Great Live Performances

What's odd about this is that I've at times in the past thought it would be awesome to combine diferent song performances from diferent tours to make a sort of "mega"-concert of her all-time best. It's so awesome, then, that I wasn't the only one to have this thought. The fact that the songs performed are from tours and shows 20 or more years apart is unimportant and irrelevant due to her amazing agelessness and energy. This set perfectly shows her unique staying power, energy, beauty, and protection against time. Tina's live shows have long been the stuff of rock legend, and this disc shows why. All these performances are wonderful, with fantastic sound and picture clarity. As a MAJOR Tina fan, I'm always thrilled to see new Tina material surface, and even though I have most all the shows in whole represented here in part, it still makes me happy to watch this disc, as a tribute to a very special lady.

A Chilling Look Into The End Times

This film, the second in the "Apocalypse" trilogy, is a film that could kick butt if given full-theatrical release. This film takes a look at what might just occur within the next few years. Anyone with questions about the End times should buy this video. It will answer most of your questions, while filled with action, suspense, comedy, and Biblical prophecy.
